About UFIT
UFIT Education and Empowerment Group (UEEG) provides hands on support “Just in Time” for districts, schools, charter networks, and 501 C3 organizations. We build community based, high-quality, schools and programs by providing individualized support. UEEG understands that organizations need assistance in making the quantum leaps necessary to realize transformational changes both short and long term. By deeply understanding the needs of students, staff, families, and community partners, we work to design and improve programs and/or practices within community.
Reimagining the educational and economic future for historically marginalized communities requires innovative and bold actions, which UEEG specializes in. To support those needs, we partner with schools and faith-based organizations to disrupt and dismantle systemic inequities in historically marginalized groups, and re-educate families to create new pathways to achieve educational and economic empowerment.
